A: We are delighted to discuss collaborative initiatives on projects. In fact, many of our partner customers have presented ideas that we helped turned into marquee designs that inspired additional collaborations. Let’s talk about your vision.

Q: I am working on a tight timeframe and don’t have the luxury of long turnarounds. What are your maximum turn-around times? 
A: Even with the custom nature of our products, most orders can be produced and shipped within two to three weeks. Those requiring back-painted or specialized glass can usually be produced and shipped within four to six weeks. Less than lead time turnaround can be achieved for an expedite fee.

Q: I see a number of products and components on your website that would work well in my project under design. Do you include all necessary hardware with the product order? 
A: Our doors and drawer fronts are made to your specification(s). For your convenience, we stock and offer you the option of purchasing hardware from us, but it is not required.

Q: Is your glass tempered? What thickness options do you offer?
A: EFI tempers all glass with the exception of those pieces consisting of mirrored backer. Non-tempered glass has a type II vinyl safety backer applied to it which serves to protect those in close proximity to the glass in the event it is broken. All of our glass options are available in 4mm thickness. Ecoresin material is usually 3mm thick. Low Iron Acid is popular in glass top applications and so it is available in 8mm, 10mm and 12mm thicknesses. Some other glass is offered in various thicknesses – contact us with any inquiry regarding available thicknesses for a specific type.

Q: Do you offer color options in your glass line?
A: Yes, Please review the options here.

Q: We prefer to work with environmentally responsible materials. Are your glass and aluminum components recyclable?
A: We work with the highest quality glass and aluminum available and both are 100% recyclable.

Q: I am interested in your aluminum door frames. Do you have minimum quantity requirements?
A: Our goal is to serve our customers whether for the most personal of projects or for larger commercial projects demanding significant product quantities. You may order as few as a single door or in greater quantities with the potential for customization collaboration.

Q: I see that you are U.S. based. Where is your production and shipping facility?
A: We are located in Kernersville, N.C. and ship to all corners of North America. From our state-of-the-art facility, we design, manufacture, service, and ship for our diverse array of progressive interior customers. Q: Can I get a price list for EFI products?
A: Because we allow custom work as the project demands, the best way to review the most accurate pricing quote is to talk directly to an EFI service representative. Please contact a representative.

Q: How do I place my order? What credit cards do you accept?
A: Fax or e-mail a completed order form and we will respond in turn with an order confirmation. At the time that you sign and return the order confirmation, we will require a deposit equal to half of the purchase price (does not include shipping & handling). We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Or, upon submission and approval of a credit application, your organization may be set-up on an account.

Q: Where can I find EFI shipping information and charges?
A: All applicable shipping, handling and crating fees are applied at the time of shipment and are dependent upon the product type, weight and dimensions of the shipment. Our inside sales associates can provide a rough estimate at the time that the order is placed, if necessary.
